We at ICAN thought we'd share some of our recent work with you.  Please see below our integrated launch campaign for Bulmers Pear online...



Our Lovely Brief:

ICAN’s brief was to make the offline ad campaign work in a fresh and original way online. The offline told a fun, witty story of how the orchard workers were slowly embracing the pear, after 70 years of loving apples.

We asked the question; how would an orchard worker react to an online ad campaign for Bulmers Pear?
The answer: He’d try to sabotage it of course!

We also ran a hard working geo-targeted sampling night display campaign which displayed the sampling venues nearest to you..

Both campaigns clicked through to embracethepear.com, a dedicated sampling night website. This contained a sampling night venue search engine, events photo gallery and Interactive video invite.

Our unique interactive video invite that enabled to ask your friends to the pub. The invite was then delivered by our Pearapist.   This viral was the first of its kind ever created for an Irish drinks brand.

Two separate campaigns on Facebook and Twitter kept everyone up to date with sampling nights dates, times, news and photos.
